SikaBaffle®-277 is specially designed for the filling of cavities and the soundproofing of bodywork constructions such as A, B, C pillars, roof rails, engine mounts and sills. It adheres to all materials commonly used in car body construction, with the exception of surfaces such as polyethylene, Teflon, silicone, oil, grease and similar substrates. SikaBaffle®-277 is used both for manual vehicle production and for repair and service solutions. This product is only suitable for experienced, professional users. To ensure adhesion and material compatibility, preliminary tests must be carried out with original materials under the respective conditions.

Application limits:

SikaBaffle®-277 must not be exposed to sunlight for a prolonged period of time, as the foam is not permanently UV-resistant.

The optimum processing temperature of the product is 20 °C. Do not use cans that have a temperature higher than +25 °C
